 IAN NEWTON VIDEOGRAPHY agrees to take all reasonable care and precautions to supply Services as requested above, and the client agrees to pay for such under the following terms and conditions:

A deposit of £100 is paid prior to the booking being accepted.

Title of all goods etc. remains at with IAN NEWTON VIDEOGRAPHY, without exception,

until all goods have been paid for in full.

The balance is required 2-4 weeks prior to the wedding day.

“CANCELLATION: Standard 14 day cooling off period applies with your right to cancel with full refund of any monies given minus any admin costs / travel costs that may have incurred. In the event that THE CLIENT cancels outside of this 14 day period the contracted services for wedding Cinematography outlined in this contract before the wedding event takes place, the deposit will be forfeit. If the event is cancelled by THE CLIENT within 180-89 days prior to the agreed date 25% of the remaining balance is to be paid by THE CLIENT. If the event is cancelled by THE CLIENT 90-61 days prior to the agreed date 50% of the remaining balance is to be paid by THE CLIENT. If the event is cancelled by THE CLIENT 60 days-day of the wedding event 100% of the balance is to be paid by THE CLIENT.”
